Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received within two weeks of the conference date are non-refundable and will be issued a credit certificate, less a $50 cancellation fee. Credits can be used toward any future Indiana Chamber conference for up to one year. Credit is fully transferable. Substitutions are welcome at any time, but requested in advance of the event.

COVID-19 Safety Plan

The Indiana Chamber is taking every safety precaution recommended by the CDC and state and local officials for our Conference center. Conference attendees are required to wear masks – whether you are vaccinated or not. Masks may be removed when seated for the conference and while actively eating or drinking. We will follow the latest CDC, state and local guidelines and will communicate any changes to our plan in advance of the conference. If you feel sick, stay home! You will be refunded or credited 100% of registration fees if you are ill due to COVID-19.

Inclement Weather Policy

If a weather/snow emergency is declared in Marion County, this seminar will be cancelled or postponed. You will receive a refund or your registration may be moved to a new date.

If traveling from outside of Marion County and you are unable to attend the seminar due to inclement weather in your area, please call us at (800) 824-6885. A credit certificate will be issued and can be used toward any future Indiana Chamber regulatory compliance conference for up to one year. This credit is fully transferable within your company.
