Join attorneys from Jackson Lewis P.C. for a unique, hands-on employment discrimination mock trial designed to help you understand jury decision-making, litigation risks, and employment law best practices.
Through a simulated mock trial, participants will gain insight into what an employment law trial looks like, how jurors evaluate evidence and how management and HR decisions can influence the outcome of a case. This interactive program demonstrates how everyday workplace decisions can impact an organization and how following best practices can help minimize legal risk.
This workshop will focus on a workplace discrimination claim. Attendees will serve as witnesses and jurors, participating in separate mock juries to deliberate, reach a verdict and compare how different groups evaluate the same facts and evidence. This engaging exercise highlights the complexities of employment law and illustrates how differing perspectives can lead to different outcomes.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no later than two weeks prior to the program for a full refund. After this date, no cash refunds will be granted. Substitutions are welcome.
Inclement Weather Policy
If a weather/snow emergency is declared in Marion County, this seminar will be cancelled or postponed. You will receive a refund or your registration may be moved to a new date.
If traveling from outside of Marion County and you are unable to attend the seminar due to inclement weather in your area, please call us at (800) 824-6885. A credit certificate will be issued and can be used toward any future Indiana Chamber regulatory compliance conference for up to one year. This credit is fully transferable within your company.
