Continuing Education

CLE: This conference provides NLS credit from the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education.
Wastewater: This conference provides wastewater operator continuing education credits.
CHMM: Portions of this conference may meet the requirements as a qualified activity under IHMM’s recertification program for CHMM credential. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure that any professional development activity submitted to IHMM for recertification purposes meets the requirements of the credential recertification program.
ABIH: CM points are self-auditing. Attendees are responsible for complying with the code of ethics and reporting their points to ABIH.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made no later than two weeks prior to the program for a full refund. After this date, no cash refunds will be granted. Substitutions are welcome. Special accommodations made upon request.

Inclement Weather Policy

If a weather/snow emergency is declared in Marion County, this seminar will be cancelled or postponed. You will receive a refund or your registration may be moved to a new date.

If traveling from outside of Marion County and you are unable to attend the seminar due to inclement weather in your area, please call us at (800) 824-6885. A credit certificate will be issued and can be used toward any future Indiana Chamber regulatory compliance conference for up to one year. This credit is fully transferable within your company.
