Indiana Women’s Collaborative Empower Award Nomination Form

Nominations for the 2026 Empower Award are Now Open

At our Indiana Women’s Collaborative Luncheon on August 27, we will honor a female professional who has made significant contributions to empowering women and, in the process, had a meaningful impact on her organization and larger community. Notably, the 2026 Empower Award recognizes efforts that foster opportunities for Hoosier women to succeed and lead. The recipient will be chosen for her advocacy, leadership and impact in advancing women in business.

The successful candidate will have:

• shown a dedication to advancing women’s roles and voices in Indiana;
• initiated or led efforts that resulted in meaningful, measurable opportunities for women in the workplace (by mentoring, championing, providing professional development, creating employment, etc.);
• exhibited personal integrity and a collaborative spirit that encourages others to lead and grow; and
• made a recognizable impact on her organization and its culture for her efforts.
