For each of the past six years, Centier Bank has ranked among American Banker’s list of “Best Banks to Work For” list, and in 2018, Centier has taken the reigns as the top-ranked bank in the state of Indiana.
Centier Bank was ranked 10th nationwide in American Banker’s overall rankings, which also factors in volunteering and charitable contributions in its evaluations. The publication also cited its annual Celebration of Excellence, career development, training, and the bank’s internal social networking tool, Yammer, in its ranking.
