Bradshaw Insurance Group, Inc. and Transportation Insurors, Inc. announces sale to DOXA Insurance Holdings of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Bradshaw Insurance Group, Inc. is a 6th generation insurance business that specializes in niche transportation insurance products. Bradshaw Insurance Group (BIG) is a Managing General Agent with delegated underwriting authority through Lloyd’s of London with a full suite of services including a drivers association, third-party claims administration service and a wholesale brokerage division.
This sale includes Bradshaw Insurance Group’s full suite of transportation services and product coverages including unladen liability, non-trucking liability, cargo, auto physical damage, general liability, occupational accident, short term physical damage and liability coverage and contingent cargo liability through their subsidiaries Transportation Insurors, Northwoods Insurance, Insurance Program Administrators, and National Driver’s Association.
The Delphi, Indiana-based Bradshaw Insurance Group was established in 1859 and has operated out of the same facility for 150 years. The Bradshaw family released a statement saying, “we have followed the story of DOXA closely, as another Indiana based insurance company, and have been incredibly impressed by the growth of the organization.
