Leader and culture effectiveness firm adds additional facilitation specialist
CARMEL — ADVISA, a leader and culture effectiveness firm based in the Carmel Arts & Design District, announced today it has added Molly McCreary to its growing Carmel-based staff. McCreary has joined as a Learning and Development Specialist, responsible for the facilitation of ADVISA learning experiences as well as The Predictive Index® training sessions.

Prior to ADVISA, McCreary worked in education for over seven years, focusing much of that time in secondary education. She was one of five educators (out of 100) selected to participate in a year-long leadership fellowship in 2019 and has testified on behalf of HB1003 at the Indiana Statehouse in an effort to increase teacher compensation. From 2015 to 2017, she was a corps member for Teach For America. She earned her bachelor’s degree from DePauw University (2015) and master’s degree from Marian University (2017).
