ALERT: New Work Restrictions for Youth Employees Poster Update

Effective January 1, 2025

Employers of minors who are 14 or 15 years of age are required by law to post the maximum number of hours minors may be permitted to work each day of the week and the hours beginning and ending each day. The information must be posted in a conspicuous place or in places where notices are customarily posted. Click to access the poster.
