FORT WAYNE – Aging & In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana (AIHS) is pleased to have been selected as one of only five organizations to receive preliminary notice of award recommendation for the Home and Community-based Waiver Services (HCBS) Case Management program by the Indiana Department of Administration on behalf of the Family and Social Services Administration.
AIHS has been an enrolled Indiana Medicaid provider since the early 90’s and a provider of Case Management services nearly as long serving both the Aged and Disabled as well as Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled populations through person-centered Case Management services.

The State will confirm a final notice of the award pending contract negotiations with an anticipated contract start date of June 1, 2026. AIHS will be offering services statewide to HCBS clients on the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH), Family Supports (FSW), Health & Wellness (H&W) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Medicaid Waivers.
