Leadership with Impact in a Changing World is an immersive program built for mid-to-senior level managers who want to move beyond technical expertise and become an effective leader.
Learn to lead with confidence with an award-winning faculty team from the Daniels School and the Center for Working Well. This six-week, 100% online program offers an essential toolkit: negotiation tactics, conflict resolution strategies, and using AI to amplify your influence and become the leader your organization needs right now.
The curriculum will include six faculty-led webinars and a weekly, 75-minute live leadership lab that allows participants to put ideas into practice alongside cross-industry peers. Participants will also earn a formal leadership certificate and a LinkedIn badge upon completion.
