• Demonstrated leadership and integrity
• Positive impact on employer’s business or organization
• Engaged in professional groups and with peers
• Social responsibility champion
• Continually striving for improvement and increased knowledge
• 45 years old or younger
• Indiana residents only
• Indiana Chamber member preferred
