STAR Bank announces that Medina Habibic is promoted to the role of Investment Officer after completing the Wealth Management associate program. Medina works out of the company’s Fort Wayne headquarters.
As a fiduciary, Habibic will work closely with the wealth management team providing portfolio management and investment research to help STAR clients grow and protect their wealth.
Habibic, who completed the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana program in 2021, has been with STAR for five years where she served most recently as Branch Manager for the bank’s DuPont Rd. location. She previously worked for a community bank in Grand Rapids, MI.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Davenport University in Michigan with a minor in Global Project Management. In addition, she has also earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis.
