Tracelle Williams is a new 504 Loan Closing Specialist for Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corporation, a lending fund managed by Cambridge Capital Management Corp.
Indiana Statewide CDC works with local banks to provide SBA 504 small business loans. Williams prepares closing documents, works with life insurance issues and completes title insurance requirements. She makes sure that loans are submitted for funding, and handles funding when it occurs. Williams joins a team of seasoned professionals that has provided growth capital to Indiana businesses for 38 years.
During her career in Indianapolis, Williams built a strong background in mortgage financing, wholesale loan processing, closing and automotive finance.
Tracelle was raised in Oakland and San Diego, California. She is a mother and grandmother who enjoys shooting pool as a competitor in the American Pool Association. She graduated from Travel University International in San Diego with Associates degrees in Hospitality Management, Travel Agency and Tourism.
