Program Information

Communicating With Confidence: The Difference is YOU!

We do it every day, but how many of us do so as effectively as we would like?  This BOOST program will teach strategies for success to become better communicators both at work and at home.  Everyone will walk away with some useful tips.

In this training, you will learn:

  • What your body language is telling others
  • How listening styles can significantly impact you at work
  • What constitutes defensive communication and how to avoid it
  • That the impact of our words can define our personal and professional relationships
  • The most effective proper apologies
  • Strategies to communicate bad news
  • and more!
