Our eight government affairs specialists are among Indiana’s most recognized experts on issues such as local government efficiency, taxation and public finance, education, health care, energy and environmental policy, economic development and small business, technology, workplace health and safety, labor matters and civil justice. Also, our public affairs director is an excellent resource for election and campaign-related talks. In addition, as of January 2006, Indiana INTERNnet – a FREE online system that connects in-state employers with Hoosier college students for internship opportunities – is managed by the Indiana Chamber. Indiana INTERNnet welcomes the opportunity to be included on the program for your next event to discuss how internships are a win-win proposition for employers as well as students. The entire Indiana Chamber team knows its stuff and enjoys educating others.
The Chamber’s goal is to craft a speech to fit your specific need. If your business or organization is primarily interested in one certain topic, that’s exactly the speech content you will receive. Conversely, if you want a big picture view of a variety of topics, such as a legislative review or preview, we can do that, too. Our speakers are available throughout the day and evening hours for various engagements, including conferences, board functions, breakfast meetings, luncheons and dinners.
