(INDIANAPOLIS) -- Learn techniques for motivating people, how to be a more effective leader and keys to effective communication at an Indiana Chamber seminar for managers and supervisors.

The Supervising and Managing People Workshop on May 28-29 will offer proven tools for successful leadership. Both new and experienced managers and supervisors will benefit from this seminar at the Indiana Chamber Conference Center in downtown Indianapolis.

Topics featured in this two-day workshop include:  the multiple expectations of management, overcoming communications roadblocks, tools for creating a motivational climate, understanding why people do - or don't do - what you want them to, making effective use of planning and scheduling tools, and ensuring constructive criticism has constructive impact.
