Supervising and Managing People Workshop, February 9-10. This two-day workshop provides the information needed to be a successful manager for new supervisors and those seeking a refresher course. Learn powerful techniques for motivating employees, keys to improving effective communication, how to be a more effective leader and how to deal with employee problems and problem employees. The workshop is presented by Comprehensive Performance Systems. Cost: $599.
