George Raymond

Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Relations

George is responsible for all human resource/personnel issues, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ADEA, EEO, unemployment and worker's compensation insurance, plus general employment/labor concerns and civil justice matters. He is also the originator of and oversees the Indiana Chamber's HR Helpline.

Prior to joining the Chamber in 1999, George spent 30 years with Amax Coal Company and its successor companies, holding a variety of senior level legal and management positions. 

George is a graduate of Purdue University and obtained his law and master's of business administration degrees from Indiana University.
