(INDIANAPOLIS) -- The survey results are in (and have been for some time): Workplace wellness programs improve employee health and morale, bring down insurance costs and help create more productive workers.
A new publication is now available to assist Hoosier businesses put that knowledge to work for them. The Indiana Employer's Guide to Workplace Wellness is intended to serve as an outline for organizations looking to understand how to design, develop and implement a workplace wellness program.
The book also includes a template for what it takes to apply for and receive the AchieveWELL Workplace Wellness 3-Star Certification from the Wellness Council of Indiana, as well as a reference for the rules and regulations surrounding wellness programs.
The Indiana Employer's Guide to Workplace Wellness costs $79 per copy, with a 25% discount given to Indiana Chamber members.
