CARMEL -- After months of market analysis, Carmel, Indiana-based National BioFuels Distribution (NBD) today formally expanded their product line by launching their first branded fuel, Ignite Green racing fuel.   NBD decided to take their business model to the track to offer the same performance to value ratio NBD offers their fleet customers.

Previously NBD had solely focused on its core business, providing E-85 to municipal and corporate fleets, but the company's analysis revealed that ethanol based fuels are a natural and economical approach for motorsports. "Today racing is a business and all businesses are facing budgetary challenges.  Our Ignite brand delivers high horsepower and high octane at a lower price than the competition," stated Reggie Henderson, President of NBD. 

Working hand in hand with strategic manufacturing partner Central Indiana Ethanol, NBD has created a custom racing blend and will single source its production with one of Indiana and the country's most modern and premiere ethanol plants.  Working with CIE scientists and laboratory, NBD has created a formula to provide racers with a consistent and scientific blend, with an all-American Hoosier product.
