I'm originally from Fort Wayne and received my MBA and undergraduate degrees from Ball State University. After seven years with the Indiana Pacers' organization, I assumed my current role with the Indiana Chamber in November 2007. A sports fan, I volunteer on various committees with the Indiana Sports Corporation, Big Ten Conference, NCAA and the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time at Indiana's state parks and playing recreational ice hockey.

I'm a native of Crawfordsville and graduated from Purdue University. I enjoy traveling and have visited 49 of the 50 states. I also like to hike in our country's national parks, mountain bike and am now learning more about photography. In 2011, I participated in the Team In Training Lake Tahoe Century Ride as a fundraiser for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and rode my bike 163 miles from Terre Haute to Richmond during the annual RAIN ride. I serve on the board of directors for the Association of State Chamber Professionals and have served on multiple community based non-profit committees.
