The U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration and Wage and Hour Division published a final rule implementing changes to the H-2A program. The final rule was effective March 15, 2010. Click here for the Final Rule. Agricultural employers must display a new H-2A poster where employees can readily see it. The poster should be posted by any agricultural employer such as produce farms, cattle farms, horse farms and any other type of farm or agricultural employer.
