- Model Employee Policies Workshop, October 21 at the Indiana Chamber Conference Center at 115 W. Washington St., Suite 850S in downtown Indianapolis, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. New to the employee policies workshop this year is information on how a recent district court decision affects employee handbooks and whether companies should consider "love contracts" to prevent sexual harassment claims arising from consensual office relationships. Other new topics include duty-to-report policy, nursing mother policy and how to prepare for the possible passage of the Employee Free Choice Act.
