Our 20th anniversary event will feature entertainment by The Capitol Steps. The Capitol Steps, puts the "mock" in democracy with musical skits inspired by today's most-talked-about government leaders and policy issues. Whether you are a Democrat, Republican or straddle the fence, you're sure to enjoy the witty humor!

The troupe has released nearly 30 albums of song parodies; the latest is Obama Mia. Other recent hits include such far-ranging inspirations as North Korea's Kim Jong-il and South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford.

The Capitol Steps started performing in 1981 when a few Senate staffers got together. Over the years, members have worked in a total of 18 congressional offices and represented 62 years of collective Capitol Hill office experience. Today's cast features many professional performers, with group appearances including major network television and public radio.

The highlight of the evening will be the presentation of three prestigious awards: Government Leader of the Year, Business Leader of the Year, and Community of the Year.
